This evidence-based program, recognized by the CDC will provide participants with strategies to help them prevent or delay diabetes through helpful lifestyle strategies and self-monitoring while receiving guidance and support. The program consists of 22 one-hour sessions and will provide information and group discussion about healthy lifestyle choices. Attendance is required for the year-long program. Program is provided at no cost to the participant.
