This evidence-based program will provide participants with strategies to help them manage diabetes through helpful lifestyle strategies and help to improve overall health status. This 6-week program will provide information and group discussion about healthy lifestyle choices when managing diabetes. Attendance is required for the 6-week program. Program is provided at no cost to the participant, and all participants receive a classroom textbook to keep for future reference of topics discussed.
